Contact List for ETCS

Our Goal is to make contact within ETCS as easy as possible. No matter who is in charge of an area, no matter if it is shortly after an administration change, your voice will be heard. 

Some contacts have multiple names behind them so that the appropriate party may respond. This is of special benefit to the SIGs which may have multiple leaders coordinating their efforts.
