ETCS in the refered
by blank. That is all
that is required. After your account is setup (almost instantaneously)
it will be edited to reflect the 14% discount
for standard dial up by the Net-Express accounting people the next business day. You will be
automatically billed every 90 days at the discounted rate.
We
will not be honoring any discount to ETCS
members unless they choose automatic payment by credit card. This has
been the plan since the beginning, but needs to be restated as several
want to be billed and get the discount. Non credit card accounts are
charged a $25 setup fee and get service after payment is handled, not
before, whereas credit card customers get service immediately and avoid
the $25 fee.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any discount for DSL
at this time.
